上海纺织的企业文化建设始于80年代末。那时处于启蒙、学习、模仿、研究的起步阶段,影响力不大。 92年开始,上海纺织第二次创业的帷幕拉开,催生了上海纺织企业文化建设热潮的兴起。上海纺织开始从思想观念、价值取向等文化层面反思上海纺织的落伍,初步形成了以四大支柱为核心的上海纺织创业文化框架体系:即播种创业理念,用创业理念引导人;明确创业目标,用创业目标激励人;弘扬创业精神,用创业精神培育人;塑造创业形象,用创业形象凝聚
Shanghai Textile’s corporate culture construction began in the late 1980s. At that time, it was at the initial stage of enlightenment, learning, imitation, and research. It had little influence. Since the beginning of 1992, the curtain of Shanghai Textile’s second venture started, giving rise to the rise of the upsurge of cultural construction in Shanghai’s textile enterprises. Shanghai Textile began to reflect on the backwardness of Shanghai’s textile industry from the perspective of ideas, values, and other cultural aspects, and initially formed a framework of the Shanghai textile entrepreneurial culture with the four pillars as the core: namely, sowing entrepreneurial ideas, guiding people with entrepreneurial ideas, and clarifying entrepreneurial goals. Encourage people with entrepreneurial goals; promote entrepreneurial spirit and foster people with entrepreneurial spirit; shape entrepreneurial image and use entrepreneurial image
