文章采用手检法和Tullgren干漏斗法对准噶尔盆地东部部分地区5种不同生境即果园、白杨林、槭树林、榆树林及麦田土壤动物进行取样调查,并对其多样性进行初步分析。结果表明,共获土壤动物1958只,经初步分类鉴定隶属于5门、12纲、22目,同时对其多样性指数(H)、均匀性指数(E)及优势度指数(C)进行分析并讨论不同生境土壤动物各类群之间的相互关系和差异。
In this paper, the hand-held method and Tullgren dry funnel method were used to sample the soil animals in five different habitats in the eastern part of the Junggar Basin, that is, orchards, Poplar, Maple, Elm and wheat fields and preliminary analysis of their diversity. The results showed that 1958 soil animals were obtained, and the preliminary identification of them belonged to 5, 12 and 22 orders. The diversity index (H), evenness index (E) and dominance index (C) And discuss the interrelationships and differences among various groups of soil animals in different habitats.
