本文以杭州公交纵火案媒体舆情为分析对象,结合不确定性降低理论与象征性互动理论,解析媒体舆情呈现的降低不确定性与建构意义态势,即能有效降低受众对该事件的不确定性认知、符合受众的信息需求,以及建构平民英雄形象、呼吁提高自救意识,加强公共安全监管。由此引发对新闻教育的启示,即应该教授学生应对意外事件、不确定性的突发事件原则。
Based on the media public opinion about the arson case of Hangzhou Bus, this article analyzes the uncertainties and constructive significance of media public opinion by combining the theory of reduction of uncertainty and the symbolic interaction theory, which can effectively reduce the audience’s uncertainty about the incident Cognitive, in line with the information needs of the audience, as well as building a heroic image of civilians, called for raising awareness of self-help and strengthen public safety supervision. As a result, the enlightenment on news education is triggered, that is, the students should be taught the principles of unexpected events and uncertainties.
