采用OM、SEM、TEM、XRD及力学性能测试等表征手段分析了钒添加量对低碳V微合金直接淬火钢显微组织结构和析出相特征的影响,并对其拉伸性能及冲击韧性进行了测定。结果表明:钒的加入能使钢的晶粒组织得到明显细化;同时随着其含量的增大,试验钢的强度增加。当V添加量为0.30 mass%时,试样钢综合性能最优,抗拉强度达1746 MPa,屈服强度为1301MPa,-40℃冲击功为42 J。
The effects of vanadium content on the microstructure and precipitation characteristics of low carbon V microalloyed direct quenched steels were analyzed by means of OM, SEM, TEM, XRD and mechanical properties tests.
