陆地棉10个丰产品种与抗枯萎病品种86-1杂交的10个组合,F_1皮棉产量平均值的平均优势为11.65%,其中6624×86-1的对照优势达20.73~*%。F_1抗病力接近父本86-1,表现为不完全显性。生育期有70%的组合表现负向优势,播种到开花天数的亲子回归系数(b_(F1·MP))达0.918~*。单铃重、衣分和衣指的亲子相关系数(r_(F1·MP))依次为0.391~*,-0.528~(**)和0.548~(**)。8种经济性状的特殊配合力均比一般配合力为高。在8种性状中,衣分、播种到开花天数和衣指的广义遗传力较高,依次为86.17%、82.79%、79.07%。还对10个非共同亲本及其组合作了评价。
