碳化硅(SiC)纤维是继碳纤维之后开发的一种高性能陶瓷纤维,它具有高强度、高模量、耐化学腐蚀、耐高温、抗氧化、抗蠕变等性能。在应用方面,SiC纤维与陶瓷基体具有良好的兼容性,是重要的高性能陶瓷基复合材料的增强体。目前,SiC纤维增强的陶瓷基复合材料已被应用于航空航天发动机的耐热部件、可重复使用的运载器的热防护材料、高超音速运输推进系统、原子核反应堆材料等。此外,其还在高温烧结炉用的加热棒、冶金高温碳套、高速刹车盘、燃汽轮机热端部件、高温气体过滤和热交换器等领域具有应用价值。
Silicon Carbide (SiC) fiber is a high performance ceramic fiber developed after carbon fiber. It has the properties of high strength, high modulus, chemical resistance, high temperature resistance, oxidation resistance and creep resistance. In application, SiC fiber has good compatibility with ceramic matrix and is an important reinforcement for high performance ceramic matrix composites. At present, SiC fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composites have been applied to heat-resistant components of aerospace engines, thermal protection materials for reusable carriers, hypersonic transport propulsion systems, nuclear reactor materials, and the like. In addition, it has application value in the fields of high temperature sintering furnace heating rod, metallurgical high temperature carbon casing, high speed brake disk, gas turbine hot end components, high temperature gas filtration and heat exchanger.
