本文根据我国中职对外合作办学现状,对目前中职对外合作办学中存在的人才培养方案对接问题、对外合作办学过程中的师资问题、对外合作办学管理过程中存在的问题进行了分析。并以建筑工程类专业为例,从根据不同的国外合作院校,制订具有可操作性、可对接性的人才培养方案,打造专业的对外合作办学团队、制订规范化的办学管理程序,采用“2+x+2”学制、增强合作办学可操作性等方面提出了提升对外合作办学能力的途径。
Based on the present situation of secondary vocational schools in secondary vocational schools in our country, this paper analyzes the existing problems of the docking of talent training programs, the teacher problems in the process of running schools abroad and the problems in the management of foreign cooperation in running schools. In the case of construction engineering, we develop a practical training program that is adaptable and adaptable to different foreign cooperative institutions, create a professional team for foreign cooperation in running a school, formulate a standardized management program for running a school and adopt a “ 2 + x + 2 ”and enhance the operability of cooperation in running schools put forward ways to enhance the ability of foreign cooperation in running schools.
