施工导流方案的选择需要业主、设计和施工单位通过协商实现.针对协商过程的动态性和交互性,基于群组风险决策理论,建立促进方案决策螺旋推进的交互模型.采用加权平均算子集结决策者的评价信息,以决策者评价与群体评价一致作为交互决策的目标导向,通过自适应迭代模拟决策者之间的协商过程,挖掘决策者最优价值的评价信息.在此基础上,计算各导流方案的得分函数和精确函数,据此进行导流方案的优劣排序.实例验证了该方法的可行性和有效性,可为交互协商视角下导流方案的优选提供理论基础.
The choice of construction diversion scheme needs the owners, design and construction units to achieve through consultation.According to the dynamic and interaction of the negotiation process, based on the group risk decision theory, an interactive model is established to promote spiral forward of the scheme decision.Using the weighted average operator The decision-maker’s evaluation information is based on the decision-maker’s evaluation and the group’s evaluation as the goal-oriented of interactive decision-making, and through the adaptive iterative simulation of the negotiation process between decision-makers, the evaluation information of the decision maker’s optimal value is obtained. The scoring functions and exact functions of each diversion scheme are used to rank the advantages and disadvantages of the diversion schemes.Examples demonstrate the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed approach and provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of diversion schemes from the perspective of interactive negotiation.
