采用变温拉伸机研究了超弹状态 Ni Ti记忆合金“平台”应力在约束加热过程中的变化。研究结果表明 :对应于马氏体正、逆相变的上、下“平台”应力随温度升高而上升 ,其中上“平台”应力升高速率小于下“平台”应力升高速率 ;当温度超过到一定值后 ,上、下“平台”应力与温度的关系曲线重合。同时探讨了在约束加热过程中的马氏体正、逆相变行为
The change of “platform” stress in super elastic state Ni Ti memory alloy during constrained heating was studied by using variable temperature drawing machine. The results show that the stress of the upper and lower “platform” corresponding to the positive and negative martensitic transformation increases with the increase of the temperature, and the rate of increase of stress on the upper platform is lower than that of the lower platform. In the meantime, the positive and inverse martensitic transformations during the restrained heating process are discussed
