应用ISSR标记对24份孜然种质资源进行DNA多态性分析。从38条引物中筛选出12条多态性引物,共扩增出118条带,其中39条多态性带;引物等位位点数在6~16个,平均每个引物扩增出9.83条带,引物等位位点多态性信息含量(PIC)变幅为11.11%~62.50%,平均35.14%。24个品种间的Nel’s遗传相似系数变化范围为0.33~0.90,平均为0.73。聚类结果表明各类群与地域来源联系不明显,说明孜然种质资源在新疆范围内有比较频繁的交流。
ISSR markers were used to analyze the DNA polymorphism of 24 cumin germplasm resources. Twelve polymorphic primers were screened from 38 primers, 118 bands were amplified, of which 39 were polymorphic; the number of alleles was 6 ~ 16, with an average of 9.83 per primer The polymorphism information content (PIC) ranged from 11.11% to 62.50% with an average of 35.14%. The Nel’s genetic similarity coefficient of 24 cultivars varied from 0.33 to 0.90 with an average of 0.73. The clustering results showed that the relationship between each group and the geographical origin was not obvious, which indicated that germplasm resources of cumin had relatively frequent exchanges in Xinjiang.
