本文通过对24家企业的153个高温作业岗位进行高温作业分级和辐射热的测定,调查分析了热辐射对高温作业分级的影响状况。结果表明,在热辐射为x的热环境中,现场实测温度比人体感觉到的实际温度低y=0.02413x+0.2513摄氏度。因此,本文建议:当对单向辐射热≥25kJ·m ̄(-2)·min ̄(-1)的热环境进行高温作业分级时,其分级所用的温差应为实测的室内外温差与y之和(y=0.02413×单向辐射热+0.2513)。
In this paper, hot work classification and radiant heat were measured in 153 high temperature work positions of 24 enterprises, and the influence of heat radiation on high temperature work classification was investigated and analyzed. The results show that in the thermal environment with heat radiation x, the measured temperature in the field is lower than the actual temperature that the human body feels. Y = 0.02413x + 0.2513 degrees Celsius. Therefore, this paper suggests that when the heat environment with unidirectional radiant heat≥25kJ · m ~ (-2) · min ~ (-1) is graded at high temperature, the temperature difference used for grading should be the difference between the measured indoor and outdoor temperature difference and y (Y = 0.02413 x unidirectional radiant heat + 0.2513).
