对开发的具有高应变时效抗力的X80管线钢进行了多次试验。利用UOE模拟生产装置生产了X80试验管段,并对该试验管段的应变时效特征和力学性能进行了评价。研究了轧制和冷却条件对X80管线管的应变时效特点(行为)的影响。结果表明,采用大压下量和控制冷却来细化M/A(马氏体/奥氏体)组元的分布,对获得X80钢所需的力学性能和应变时效抗力是非常关键的。
Several tests have been conducted on X80 pipeline steel developed with high strain aging resistance. The X80 experimental pipe section was produced by UOE simulation production equipment, and the strain aging characteristics and mechanical properties of the experimental pipe section were evaluated. The effect of rolling and cooling conditions on the strain-aging behavior (behavior) of X80 line pipe was investigated. The results show that using large reduction and controlled cooling to refine the distribution of M / A (martensite / austenite) components is crucial to obtain the required mechanical properties and strain aging resistance of X80 steel.
