一、项目开发背景 A企业为一个大型的国际工程承包公司,担负着国内外的道路、桥梁、建筑物等的承包和施工管理工作,工作内容重点为对项目的施工质量、施工进度及施工费用等的监督、管理与控制。 为与国际接轨,提高施工管理水平,该企业提出要建立一套项目施工质量管理软件,并应用于该公司的各个项目经理部。该软件能在局域网环境下运行,项目经理部及其各部门以局域网方式联网,总公司与各项目经理部以广域网方式联接,软件能够实现工作流程信息化管理,使各级领导能及时发现施工管理中的问题,及时做出相应决策。该系统的主要目标是实现施工质量管理信息的集中控制和资源共享。
