研究了煤沥青在供氢剂 (再生橡胶 )的作用下 ,族组成随反应时间的变化规律及其受氢改质机理。利用核磁共振、元素分析、分子量测定等手段 ,计算得到了煤沥青、溶剂油以及改质筑路油等的平均结构参数。结果表明 :与空白样对比 ,加入再生橡胶使得筑路油中沥青质含量由 4 5 0 %增加到 61 5 %,软沥青由 2 7 0 %降低到 1 4 4%,不溶物由 2 8 0 %降低到 2 4 1 %。对比橡胶和筑路油族组成的1H -NMR谱图可发现 ,在化学位移δ =5 5和 5 3处均有H质子峰出现 ,表明橡胶参与了改质反应 ,形成了新的沥青质。橡胶在改质过程中作为供氢媒介参与筑路油的热解反应 ,正是煤沥青的受氢作用改善了筑路油的质量。
The change law of the composition of the coal tar pitch with reaction time and the mechanism of its hydrogen modification were studied under the action of hydrogen donor (recycled rubber). Using NMR, elemental analysis and molecular weight determination, the average structural parameters of coal tar pitch, solvent oil and modified road oil were calculated. The results showed that the addition of recycled rubber increased the asphaltene content in road oil from 45.0% to 61.5%, the soft asphalt decreased from 270% to 144%, and the insoluble fraction from 280% % Down to 2 4 1%. Comparing the1H-NMR spectra of rubber and road oil family, it can be found that H proton peaks appear at chemical shifts δ = 55 and 53, indicating that the rubber participates in the upgrading reaction and forms new asphaltenes. Rubber in the process of upgrading as a hydrogen medium involved in the pyrolysis of road oil, it is the hydrogenation of coal tar pitch to improve the quality of road oil.
