《北京成人教育》第三期朱蓬蓬“企业的短期行为与职工教育”一文和辽宁《职工教育》第二期彭文骥“职工教育短期行为与对策”一文,形成了两种鲜明有别的观点,前者肯定“短期行为”,后者否定“短期行为”.我认为,弄清这个问题,对指导当前职工教育工作健康发展非常重要,这里谈一点我的见解。(一)对“短期行为”函义的理解。有企业的短期行为,必有职工教育的短期行为.当前摆到文面上的“短期行为”定义有两种,一种是依重视不重视职工教育而下的定义,一种是以客观事实和理论为依据所下的定义。本人认为第一种定义法是不甚恰
