目的评价硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效。方法妊娠期高血压患者93例随机分为两组,其中观察组47例,采用硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔进行治疗,对照组46例,采用硫酸镁进行治疗,观察并比较两组患者的临床疗效、平均血压下降及顺产例数。结果观察组临床疗效优为26例(55.3%),良为19例(40.2%),差为2例(4.3%),对照组临床疗效优为13例(28.3%),良为例21(45.7%),差为例12(26.1%),两组患者临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组收缩压平均下降(31.7±4.5)mm Hg(1 mm Hg=0.133 kPa),舒张压平均下降(3.9±1.6)mm Hg,对照组收缩压平均下降(22.3±5.1)mm Hg,舒张压平均下降(2.1±1.0)mm Hg,两组患者平均血压下降比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组顺产27例(57.4%),对照组顺差17例(37.0%),两组患者顺产例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论硫酸镁联合拉贝洛尔治疗妊娠期高血压的临床疗效好,血压下降明显,顺产率高,值得在临床上予以推广。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of magnesium sulfate and labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension. The observation group had 27 cases (57.4%) of births and the control group had a surplus of 17 cases (37.0%). There were significant differences in the number of patients in the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with labetalol in the treatment of gestational hypertension with good clinical efficacy, blood pressure decreased significantly, high yield, it is worth to be promoted in the clinic.
