1985年我厂建成一台调质自动线。该线由振底式淬火炉、振底式回火炉及两条输送带等组成。主要用来处理S195柴油机连杆(图1)、连杆盖、调速齿轮轴和起动齿轮轴等调质件。零件材质为45钢和40Cr钢。按照常规应采用双淬火槽——水槽和油槽。我厂因受场地限制,不允许建两台淬火槽,为此要寻找一种淬火剂,既适用于碳钢,又适用于铬钢,并且有防锈作用,防止淬火槽上料输送带生锈腐蚀。经多次工艺试验,优选出自配防锈水型淬火
