目的:研究蒙古沙冬青地上部分的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶色谱和高效液相制备色谱等技术对其化学成分进行分离纯化,通过理化性质和波谱数据鉴定。结果:从蒙古沙冬青的地上部分分离鉴定了9个化合物,分别为:(+)-maackiain(1),短叶苏木酚(2),7-羟基-4′-甲氧基异黄酮(3),大豆苷元4′,7-二葡萄糖苷(4),染料木素4′,7-二葡萄糖苷(5),isolupalbigenin(6),芒柄花苷(7),β-谷甾醇(8),β-胡萝卜苷(9)。结论:化合物2,4~6为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the upper part of A. sativa. Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). The chemical constituents were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Nine compounds were isolated and identified from aboveground parts of Ammopiptanthus mongolica, and they were (+) - maackiain (1), short leaf hematoxylin (2), 7-hydroxy-4’-methoxyisoflavone , Daidzein 4 ’, 7-diglucoside (4), genistein 4’, 7-diglucoside (5), isolupalbigenin (6) ), beta-daucosterol (9). Conclusion: Compounds 2,4 ~ 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
