与目前我国城镇居民的收入水平相比,住房价格偏高,已形成共识。要调整和降低住宅价格,关键是要降低住宅产品成本,这需要政府和企业两方面共同做出努力,而其中企业建筑成本的有效控制对最终降低住宅产品价格有着十分重大的意义。因此,本文就房地产开发企业如何强化企业管理,有效降低和控制住宅建筑成本,以实现降低住宅产品开发成本目标提出了五项管理对策。
Compared with the current income level of urban residents in China, the high housing prices have reached a consensus. To adjust and lower housing prices, the key is to reduce the cost of residential products, which requires both government and enterprises to make joint efforts, and in which the effective control of construction costs of enterprises to ultimately reduce the price of residential products is of great significance. Therefore, this article puts forward five management countermeasures on how to strengthen the management of real estate enterprises, reduce and control the cost of residential buildings effectively, and achieve the goal of reducing the development cost of residential products.
