目的 了解镓盐对骨质疏松症的治疗作用进行了以大鼠对象的实验研究。方法 实验分两步进行,首先去除成年大鼠卵巢,复制骨质疏松模型;然后应用镓盐进行治疗。采用骨强度测定和骨病理形态学方法观察骨结构的改变情况。结果 ①骨质疏松组与对照组相比各指标均下降,差异具有统计学意义;②镓治疗组与骨质疏松组相比,骨吸收的病理变化减轻,差异具有统计学意义,骨强度亦有提高的趋势。结论 镓盐对骨质疏松症有治疗或减缓其进程的作用。
Objective To understand the therapeutic effect of gallium salt on osteoporosis in rats. Methods The experiment was divided into two steps. Firstly, ovariectomized rats were removed and the model of osteoporosis was replicated. Then gallium salt was used for the treatment. The changes of bone structure were observed by bone strength measurement and bone pathomorphology. Results ① Compared with the control group, osteoporosis group showed decreased indexes, the difference was statistically significant. ②Compared with osteoporosis group, gallium treatment group had less pathological changes of bone resorption, the difference was statistically significant, bone strength There is an increasing trend. Conclusions Gallium salts have the effect of treating or slowing the progression of osteoporosis.
