为便于厘清组织处理的定位、适用依据及条件,我们对纪检监察机关办案中常用的组织处理措施进行了初步梳理和分析,力求为运用组织处理手段提升办案综合效果提供有益借鉴。组织处理的概念组织处理是指纪检监察机关在调查违纪案件过程中,认为被审查人的行为涉嫌违纪,需要采取的涉及职务变动或解除的组织措施;或调查后认定被审查人具有违纪事实,尚需采取的涉及教育警示、身份资格变化、职务变动或解除的组织措施。对经调查不能认定有违纪事实,但综合考虑后认为不适宜在现岗位工作而予以调整的,不属于组织处理,而应作为正常的干部调整。无论组织处理的概念如何表述,纪检监察机关在办案中均应把握住其核心
