目的观察组合运动训练对T2DM患者血液生化指标及体质的影响。方法将38例T2DM患者随机分为试验组20例和对照组18例,对照组给予降糖降脂药物,不进行任何运动方案的训练,试验组给予降糖降脂药物的同时,进行12周的组合训练方案(间歇运动+有氧运动+阻抗训练)。分别对试验前后两组对应数据进行比较分析。结果治疗后,两组FPG、HbA_1c、TG、LDL—C和TC均较治疗前降低,但试验组降低的更明显(P<0.05或P<0.01),而HDI-C比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组体重、WHR、BMI、体脂百分比、WC及血压均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),而对照组除血压外(P<0.05),其他指标变化比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组肌力增加(P<0.01)。结论组合运动联合药物治疗可辅助性提高药物治疗的疗效,更好地改善T2DM患者的糖脂代谢能力,提高患者的力量素质,进而提高患者的体质健康水平。
Objective To observe the effect of combined exercise training on blood biochemical indexes and constitution in T2DM patients. Methods Thirty-eight T2DM patients were randomly divided into experimental group (n = 20) and control group (n = 18). The control group was given hypoglycemic and hypolipidemic drugs without any exercise program. The experimental group was given hypoglycemic and lipid- The combination of training programs (intermittent exercise + aerobic exercise + impedance training). The corresponding data of two groups before and after the test were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the levels of FPG, HbA 1c, TG, LDL-C and TC in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, but the levels of FPG, HbA 1c, TG were lower in the two groups (P <0.05 or P <0.01) (P <0.05). The body weight, WHR, BMI, body fat percentage, WC and blood pressure of the experimental group were lower than those before treatment (P <0.01) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The muscle strength of the experimental group increased (P <0.01). Conclusion Combined exercise combined with medical therapy can improve the curative effect of drug therapy, improve the ability of glycometabolism and lipid metabolism in T2DM patients, improve the strength and quality of patients, and then improve their physical health.
