目前淋巴细胞转化试验作为机体细胞免疫功能的检测方法已广泛应用。1975年以来,我们在既往常用分离淋巴细胞进行培养方法的基础上,参考制备染色体标本的简易方法,应用微量全血在体外进行淋巴细胞转化试验,使采血量由2～5ml减少到0.1～0.2ml,对操作方法也作了一些改进。并且应用这一方法,对健康输血者、慢性气管炎患者和恶性肿瘤患者进行了检查。
At present, lymphocyte transformation test has been widely used as a detection method of cellular immune function. Since 1975, we used the method of separating lymphocytes from the past, based on the simple method of preparing chromosomal specimens, we used a small amount of whole blood in vitro lymphocyte transformation test, so that the amount of blood collected from 2 ~ 5ml reduced to 0.1 ~ 0.2 ml, also made some improvements to the operation method. And this method is used to examine healthy blood transfusions, chronic bronchitis patients and malignant tumors.
