茯苓菌种保藏法选择是否得当将影响茯苓的液体发酵水平。本文通过测量平板培养中菌丝生长速度及在液体发酵中的菌丝体生物量和胞外多糖产量,对甘油菌冷冻保藏法、真空冷冻干燥保藏法和斜面保藏法不同保藏时间的菌种保藏效果进行了研究,结果认为甘油菌冷冻保藏法是一种较优的菌种保藏法。
Poria strain selection method is appropriate or not will affect the fluid level of Poria liquid. In this paper, mycelial growth rate in plate culture and mycelium biomass and extracellular polysaccharide production in liquid fermentation were measured, and the mycelial growth of glycerol bacteria, vacuum freeze-drying preservation method and bevel preservation method were preserved The results were studied, the results think glycerol bacteria frozen preservation method is a better species preservation method.
