目的:观察α-黑素细胞刺激素(α-MSH)对内毒素(ET)发热效应及下丘脑组织环一磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响。结果:α-MSH能明显抑制ET引起的体温升高(P<005),同时降低ET引起的下丘脑组织cAMP含量的升高(P<001);而对正常家兔体温及下丘脑组织cAMP含量均无影响(P>005)。结论:α-MSH抑制中枢发热介质cAMP的生成可能是降低ET发热效应的主要机制之一。从而证明发热时中枢神经不但存在正调节途径,也存在负调节途径,体温上升的水平是正调节和负调节相互作用的结果
Objective: To observe the effects of α-MSH on endotoxin (ET) and the content of cAMP in hypothalamus. Results: α-MSH could significantly inhibit the increase of body temperature induced by ET (P <005) and decrease the content of cAMP in hypothalamus induced by ET (P0.01) Hypothalamic cAMP content had no effect (P> 0 05). Conclusion: α-MSH inhibits the formation of cAMP, a central mediator of fever, and may be one of the main mechanisms for reducing ET fever. Thus proving that there is not only positive central nervous system fever regulation, there are also negative regulatory pathways, the level of temperature rise is the result of positive and negative regulatory interactions
