目的建立直接进样快速同时分析水中莠去津、2,4滴、灭草松和氨基甲酸酯类等11种农药残留(以下简称农残)的超高效液相色谱/串联质谱法(UPLC/MS/MS)。方法水样经Waters ACQUITY UPLC C18(100×2.1 mm,1.8μm)色谱柱分离,以0.1%甲酸水和乙腈为流动相,采用UPLC/MS/MS法,2,4滴以负离子检测方式,其他物质以正离子检测方式进行检测。多离子反应监测(MRM)定量法检测生活饮用水中莠去津、2,4滴、灭草松和氨基甲酸酯类等11种农残。结果经方法学验证,该方法在一定线性范围内,r值均大于0.999,精密度为0.82%~6.1%之间,平均回收率分别在93%~113%之间。结论该方法快速,灵敏度高,操作简单,定量准确,测定浓度范围宽,是生活饮用水样品中11种农残含量快速检测的理想方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a rapid and rapid UPLC / tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC / MS / MS) method for simultaneous direct injection analysis of 11 pesticide residues in atrazine, 2,4-dichlorophenol, MS / MS). Methods Water samples were separated on a Waters ACQUITY UPLC C18 (100 × 2.1 mm, 1.8 μm) column using 0.1% formic acid in water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase. The UPLC / MS / MS method was used. The substance is detected by positive ion detection. Multi-ion reaction monitoring (MRM) quantitative detection of atrazine in domestic drinking water, 2, 4 drops, mephitis and carbamates 11 kinds of pesticide residues. Results The method was validated by the method. The values of r were all greater than 0.999 and the precision was between 0.82% and 6.1% within a certain linear range. The average recoveries ranged from 93% to 113%. Conclusion The method is rapid, sensitive, simple, accurate, and has a wide range of concentration. It is an ideal method for rapid detection of 11 kinds of pesticide residues in drinking water samples.
