汶川大地震导致了购房者的心理变动,改变或强化了购房者感知到的某些安全风险,使购房者在未来较长时间内更多地关注与地震有关的建筑安全因素。文章从风险感知的角度,通过对震后的成渝两地购房者进行调查,发现震后成渝购房者对“住宅建筑安全”比较重视,建立了震后购房者感知到的安全风险构面,据此了解震后购房者感知到的建筑安全风险因素及其在购房决策中的比重,并在深入分析购房者安全风险感知构面的基础上,对震后城市重建相关者(房地产开发商、城市规划部门、政府管理者等)提出了一些看法。
