利用引物484/485对龙特甫A×71 F2群体的36个单株进行Wx微卫星(CT)n检测发现,微卫星标记是共显性标记,3种类型标记的分离比是8∶15∶13,符合孟德尔分离定律。进一步将同一Wx基因型植株上的种子混合测定淀粉品质,发现表观直链淀粉含量(apparent amylose content, AAC)、糊化温度(gelatinization temperature, GT)、胶稠度(gel consistency, GC)和淀粉粘滞性谱(Rapid Visco Analyser, RVA谱)等淀粉品质性状都与Wx基因有关。认为利用该微卫星标记进行标记辅助选择可以改良稻米的淀粉品质。
The results of Wx microsatellite (CT) n assay on 36 individuals of Longtex A × 71 F2 population using primers 484/485 showed that the microsatellite markers were co-dominant markers, and the segregation ratio of the three types of markers was 8:15 : 13, in line with Mendelian law of separation. Further, starch quality was determined by mixing seeds on the same Wx genotype plants, and it was found that apparent amylose content (AAC), gelatinization temperature (GT), gel consistency (GC) and starch Starch quality traits such as Rapid Visco Analyzer (RVA) are related to the Wx gene. It is considered that using this microsatellite marker for marker-assisted selection can improve the starch quality of rice.
