为明确苯醚甲环唑与异菌脲复配后对石榴干腐病菌Coniella granati的控制效果,四川农业大学食品学院、西昌学院轻化工程学院研究人员利用生长速率法和孢子萌发法,测定了苯醚甲环唑、异菌脲及其不同配比的混合物对该病菌的毒力,采用Wadley法评价其联合毒力,同时通过石榴贮藏期药剂对比试验评价了最优增效组合对石榴干腐病菌的防治效果和保鲜作用,同时对其增效机制进行了初步探索。
In order to clarify the control effect of difenoconazole mixed with iprodione on the dry pomegranate fungus Coniella granati, researchers at Sichuan Agricultural University School of Food and Xichang College of Light Chemical Engineering, using the growth rate method and the spore germination method, Difenoconazole, difenoconazole and mixtures thereof with different proportions were used to evaluate the virulence of this bacterium by the Wadley method.
