】介绍的失火故障诊断技术,是结合多缸发动机实际工作过程的特点,将作功冲程中最高爆发压力出现时刻附近瞬时角加速度的变化作为多缸机失火现象存在和分辨失火缸的判据。这一技术降低了已有诊断方法中对高速数据采集硬件系统的要求。
The misfire diagnosis technology introduced in this paper combines the changes of instantaneous angular acceleration near the moment of maximum explosion pressure in the working stroke with the characteristics of the actual working process of the multi-cylinder engine as a criterion for the existence and resolution of the misfire cylinder. This technique reduces the need for high-speed data acquisition hardware systems in existing diagnostic methods.
