目前我国绿色食品产业发展势头良好,总量规模稳步扩大,产业水平不断提升,品牌效益日益明显,市场前景十分广阔。绿色食品价格定位的影响因素主要包括资源和环境成本因素、消费者福利成本因素、社会福利成本因素和其他成本因素。我国绿色食品生产企业应根据绿色食品的差异性和可替代性特点,根据不同收入的消费者群体、不同的市场状况和购买数量,在综合考虑绿色食品价格构成要素的基础上,采取相应的价格歧视策略。
