探讨了以往设计传动装置时传动比分配方法的缺陷,提出了优化传动分配思路,建立了n级定轴轮系传动比分配的数学模型并分析了模型的求解,根据三级定轴轮系传动比分配最佳方案,推导了n级定轴轮系设计使用的最优传动比分配的一般公式。
In this paper, the defects of the transmission ratio allocation method in the past were discussed. The idea of optimizing the transmission distribution was put forward. The mathematical model of the transmission ratio of n-stage fixed gear train was established and the model was solved.
