采用控制体积方法,依据齿轮啮合原理将退出齿轮泵控制区域的容积分为两部分,一部分为齿轮渐开线所对应的容积,另一部分是由齿轮副啮合点沿啮合线运动所形成的容积,推导出外啮合齿轮泵的瞬时流量公式。并通过实例计算证明了卸荷槽对减少齿轮泵流量脉动的必要作用。最后讨论了齿轮模数、齿数、压力角及齿顶高系数等设计参数对齿轮泵的流量特性的影响。
