用电解铝液直接铸轧生产厚7mm的1145铝合金铸轧板。借助光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)和能谱分析(EDS)等手段,研究了不同铸轧速度(900~1 400mm/min)对铸轧板内部晶粒组织和中心层偏析的影响。结果表明,当铸轧速度为900~1 200mm/min时,随着铸轧速度增加,铸轧板纵截面晶粒尺寸无明显变化,晶粒细小均匀,中心层无偏析现象;当铸轧速度超过1 300mm/min时,晶粒开始粗化并发生严重的成分偏析,部分β-FeSiAl化合物从偏析层中析出。要获得具有细小晶粒尺寸和无成分偏析的铸轧坯料,最佳的铸轧速度范围为900~1 200mm/min。
Aluminum electrolytic aluminum casting direct production of 11mm thick aluminum alloy cast aluminum plate. The effect of different casting speed (900 ~ 1400mm / min) on segregation of grain structure and center layer in cast-rolled plate was studied by means of optical microscope (OM), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS) . The results show that when the casting speed is 900-1 200 mm / min, the grain size of the longitudinal section of the cast-rolled plate does not change obviously with the increase of the casting speed, the grains are fine and uniform, and there is no segregation of the center layer. When the casting speed Above 1 300 mm / min, the grains began to coarsen and severe segregation of components occurred, and some of the β-FeSiAl compound precipitated from the segregation layer. To obtain a cast billet with fine grain size and segmental segregation, the optimum casting speed ranges from 900 to 1,200 mm / min.
