本文报告了1981年北京市811名小儿中营养性贫血的调查结果。营养性贫血患病率为48.95％,其中89.95％属轻度贫血,未见重度贫血儿。87.73％属低色素性贫血。婴儿母乳喂养组患病率低于牛乳喂养组,营养发育“好”组患病率高于“中等”组。4个月以下小儿低色素性贫血患病率亦达75％,可能与北京市婴儿生长发育速度过快、3个月的婴几平均体重已达初生体重的2倍有关。本文还对防病工作提出了建议。 This article reports the results of a survey of 811 children with nutritional anemia in Beijing in 1981. The prevalence of nutritional anemia was 48.95%, of which 89.95% were mild anemia, no severe anemia. 87.73% is a hypochromic anemia. The prevalence of infant breastfeeding group was lower than that of milk feeding group, and the prevalence of “good” nutrition development group was higher than that of “medium” group. The prevalence of hypochromic anemia in children less than 4 months also reached 75%, which may be related to the rapid growth of infants in Beijing and the average body weight of infants at 3 months had reached 2 times the birth weight. This article also made recommendations on disease prevention.
