有效的电压控制与合理的无功补偿既能保证电压质量,又能降低网损.研究了地区电网无功优化辅助决策管理系统,能够以配电网的结构为基础,根据配网当前的运行参数及其历史数据,并从整个配电网的角度出发,充分考虑电压偏移限值及功率因数等约束条件及与有载调压变压器配合调压的要求,对电容器和电抗器安装或组合方式进行全网优化,使得电容器的配置具有最好的经济效益,亦使得网损、电容器的购置费用及其安装费用之和达到最小.并使无功补偿设备与有载调压变压器更好地结合,满足精确调度的需要,达到提高地区电压水平和降低地区网损的目的.“,”Effective voltage control and rational reactive compensation can both ensure the voltage quality and decrease network loss.In view of this,the auxiliary decision management system of reactive power optimization of regional grid has been studied.The proposed system can global reactive power optimization analysis of the installation way or combinations of capacitor and reactor according to the network structure,the current operating parameters and historical load data of distribution network,meanwhile,considering constraint conditions such as the limit of voltage,power factor,as well as,coordination requirements with on-load tap changer(OLTC) in view of overall power grid.In this way,the best benefit of the installation capacitor which is to minimize summation of active network loss and the cost of capacitor installation and purchase will be achieved.At same time,the preferable cooperation of reactive power compensation equipment and OLTC is achieved to meet demand of accurate dispatching and improve the voltage level and lower network loss in regional grid.
