针对高含硫油气田开发过程中所面临的材料腐蚀问题,利用CORTEST哈氏合金高压釜对高强度Inconel718合金在2.07MPa H2S分压、3.45MPa CO2分压、10%Na Cl水溶液,177℃下进行720h的应力腐蚀开裂试验。研究在此环境下合金材料的应力腐蚀敏感性,运用EPMA分析了试样被腐蚀后的微观形貌与结构特征,利用ICP分析了水样成分,对比发现了腐蚀后钝化膜表面主要是Ni S2和Cr2S3。应力腐蚀开裂试验表明,这种高强度Inconel718合金在不强于此环境下的应力腐蚀敏感性小,未发现应力腐蚀裂纹。
Aiming at the problem of material corrosion in the process of developing high-sulfur oil and gas fields, CORTEST Hastelloy autoclave was used to conduct high-strength Inconel 718 alloy at 2.07MPa H2S partial pressure, 3.45MPa CO2 partial pressure and 10% NaCl aqueous solution at 177 ℃ 720h stress corrosion cracking test. The corrosion susceptibility of alloy materials in this environment was studied. The microstructure and morphology of the samples after being etched were analyzed by EPMA. The composition of water samples was analyzed by ICP. The surface of the passivation film was mainly Ni S2 and Cr2S3. Stress corrosion cracking test shows that this high-strength Inconel718 alloy is less sensitive to stress corrosion than this environment and no stress corrosion cracking is found.
