目的:观查漆黄素和槲皮素对犬体外全血凝血时间、体外已成型血栓及同质量已成型血栓溶解率的影响。方法:以pH=7.4的生理盐水为阴性对照,分别以肝素钠和尿激酶为阳性对照,对漆黄素和槲皮素进行犬体外抗凝血、溶栓试验。测定凝血时间、血栓质量及血栓溶解率,并用瑞氏染色法观察红细胞的数量和形态。结果:漆黄素和槲皮素体外抗凝血和溶血栓实验表明,与阴性对照组比较,漆黄素和槲皮素组全血凝血时间显著延长、已成型血栓的质量显著降低,血栓的溶解率显著提高(P<0.01)。结论:漆黄素和槲皮素具有明显的体外抗凝血和溶血栓作用。
Objective: To investigate the effects of laccase and quercetin on in vitro whole blood coagulation time, in vitro formed thrombus, and thrombolysis rate of formed thrombus in the same mass. METHODS: Physiological saline with pH 7.4 was used as a negative control. Heparin sodium and urokinase were used as positive controls to conduct in vitro anticoagulant and thrombolytic tests on laccase and quercetin. The coagulation time, thrombus mass, and thrombolysis rate were measured, and the number and morphology of red blood cells were observed by Wright’s staining. RESULTS: Anticoagulant and thrombolytic experiments in vitro of lactoside and quercetin showed that compared with the negative control group, the whole blood coagulation time was significantly prolonged, the quality of the formed thrombus was significantly reduced, and the thrombus dissolution rate was significantly increased in the laccase and quercetin groups. (P<0.01). CONCLUSION: Coatidin and quercetin have significant anticoagulant and thrombolytic effects in vitro.
