Consumers are the final link of the supply chain, which is also the key link that affects the behavior of all the members of the supply chain to a certain extent. Based on this, a two-stage dynamic game model considering the preference of consumers in low carbon in the supply chain shows the different influence of manufacturer’s unit carbon emission reduction on supply chain member decision-making under different decision-making mechanisms. The low carbon preferences of consumers will affect the performance of supply chain in different decision-making modes. That is, the level of carbon emission reduction under the two decision-making mechanisms is the same, but the returns and outputs under centralized decision-making are higher than the decentralized decision-making. Consumers’ The increase of preference or the drop of the impact factor of emission reduction cost will all increase the profits of each member in the supply chain, so as to further encourage enterprises to devote more resources to emission reduction.
