组织公民行为与绩效关系一直是研究者关注的重点问题之一。理论界和实业界对组织公民行为的大力推广主要基于认为组织公民行为对绩效能够产生积极作用,但在中国文化情境下组织公民行为的研究结论差异较大,且组织公民行为本身对绩效的消极作用正受到人们的广泛关注,文章在中国文化情境下,对组织公民行为与绩效间的关系进行重新梳理。
The relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and performance has always been one of the key issues that researchers are concerned about. The promotion of OCB by theorists and industry is mainly based on the belief that OCB can have a positive effect on performance, but there are significant differences in the conclusion of OCB in China’s cultural context and the negative effect of OCB on performance The role is being widely concerned by people. In the context of Chinese culture, the article reviews the relationship between organizational citizenship behavior and performance.
