目的探讨食管癌三维适形放射治疗同步微波热疗的近期疗效及毒副反应。方法选取58例中晚期食管癌患者随机分成三维适形放疗组和微波热疗+三维适形放疗组。观察比较两患者放疗后的急性毒副反应、近期疗效及有效率。结果①短期疗效比较,两组有效率对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②急性毒副反应比较,急性放射性食管炎(≥Ⅲ级)、急性放射性肺炎(≥Ⅱ级)发生率方面,两组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在相同照射剂量、不增加放射毒副反应的前提下,三维适形放射治疗联合微波热是治疗食管癌比较理想的治疗方式。
Objective To investigate the short-term curative effect and toxicity of synchronous microwave hyperthermia for three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of esophageal cancer. Methods 58 patients with advanced esophageal cancer were randomly divided into three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy group and microwave hyperthermia + three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy group. Observed and compared two patients after radiotherapy acute toxicity, short-term efficacy and effectiveness. Results ① Comparison of short-term curative effect, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). ② There was no significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of acute radiation-induced esophagitis (≥ Ⅲ grade) and acute radiation pneumonitis (Ⅱ grade) (P> 0.05). Conclusion Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with microwave heating is an ideal treatment for esophageal cancer under the same radiation dose without increasing the side effects of radiation.
