采用硅胶柱,ODS开放柱和半制备液相等色谱方法,对白苞蒿的乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱学方法(MS,NMR)进行结构鉴定。从白苞蒿的乙醇提取物分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为7-羟基香豆素(1),7-甲氧基香豆素(2),蛇菰脂醛素(3),aurantiamide(4),aurantiamide acetate(5),异牡荆苷(6),山柰酚-3-O-芸香糖苷(7),芦丁(8),咖啡酸乙酯(9),槲皮素(10),3,5-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(11),3,4-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸甲酯(12)。化合物3~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
The ethanol extracts of Artemisia annua L. were isolated and purified by silica gel column, ODS open column and semi-preparative liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic methods (MS, NMR). Twelve compounds were isolated from the ethanol extracts of Artemisia annua L. They were identified as 7-hydroxycoumarin (1), 7-methoxycoumarin (2), serotonin (3), aurantiamide , aurantiamide acetate (5), isovitexin (6), kaempferol-3-O- rutinoside (7), rutin (8), caffeic acid ethyl ester 3,5-Dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (11), 3,4-Dicaffeoylquinic acid methyl ester (12). Compounds 3 to 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
