在环烷酸钴,三异丁基铝和三氯甲苯催化剂存在下,用抽余油作溶剂,合成了含顺式-1.4为30—60%,乙烯基为30—60%,反式1.4<20%,数均分子量为2000—4000的中乙烯基液体聚丁二烯。考察了催化剂配比、温度、时间等条件,以及几种添加剂对转化率和微观结构的影响。用~(13)C—NMR测定了分子链结构的序列分布,并对反应过程作了初步分析。
In the presence of cobalt naphthenate, triisobutylaluminum and trichloromethylbenzene catalyst, raffinate oil was used as a solvent to synthesize a solution containing 30-60% cis-1.4, 30-60% vinyl, and trans 1.4 <20%, medium vinyl liquid polybutadiene having a number average molecular weight of 2000-4000. The conditions such as the ratio of catalyst, temperature and time, as well as the influence of several additives on the conversion rate and microstructure were investigated. The sequence distribution of molecular chain was determined by ~ (13) C-NMR and the reaction process was preliminarily analyzed.
