目的 探讨经兔口腔气管插管应用气管导管的型号和置入深度。方法 5 0只体重 1 8— 3 5kg兔按体重分为4组 :A组 :1 8— 2 2kg ;B组 :2 2— 2 4kg ;C组 :2 4— 3 0kg;D组 :3 0— 3 5kg。麻醉后 ,经兔口腔盲探插入气管导管 ,接呼吸机机械通气。通过监测呼吸道压力 (PAW)、胸廓起伏程度、听诊双肺呼吸音确定气管导管粗细及置入深度是否合理。术后解剖兔呼吸道 ,测量其长度和气管内径。结果 A、B、C、D组置入气管导管型号分别为 3 0、3 0或3 5、3 5、4 0 ;深度分别为 11— 12cm、12cm、13cm、13— 14cm。结论 对体重 1 8— 3.5kg的兔行气管插管时气管导管型号约为 :(体重kg - 2 2 ) +3;置入深度约为 12 5cm± 1 5cm。
Objective To investigate the model and depth of tracheal catheterization by oral tracheal intubation in rabbits. Method 5 0 body weight 1 8-3 5kg rabbits were divided into 4 groups according to body weight: A group: 1 8 2 2kg; B group: 2 2 2 4kg; C group: 2 4- 3 0kg; D group: 3 0 - 3 5kg. After anesthesia, rabbits were blindly inserted into the endotracheal tube, ventilator mechanical ventilation. By monitoring the airway pressure (PAW), the extent of the thorax, and the auscultatory lung breath sounds, it is reasonable to determine the thickness of the tracheal tube and depth of insertion. Rabbit airways were dissected after surgery, and their length and tracheal diameter were measured. Results A, B, C, D tracheal cannulation models were 30,300 or 35,340,4 respectively; depths were 11-12cm, 12cm, 13cm and 13-14cm respectively. Conclusions The endotracheal tube type of rabbits with body weight of 1 8- 3.5kg is about (body weight kg - 2 2) +3; the insertion depth is about 125cm ± 15cm.
