目的为指导和管理医疗美容机构消毒工作提供依据。方法按《消毒技术规范》(2002年)对35家医疗美容机构的消毒质量进行了监测。结果医疗美容店与医院医疗美容科平均消毒合格率分别为69.9％和89.6%。其中物体表面71.1％和92.5%，医护人员手63.8％和80%，使用中消毒液77.2％和93.3%，室内空气40.9％和73.3%，高压灭菌器81.2％和100%，紫外线灯63.6％和93.3%，灭菌器械90.9%和100%。结论医疗美容店消毒工作存在问题较多，需加强人员培训、健全消毒制度、增添消毒设施，提高消毒质量。“,”objective to provide guidance and management of medical cosmetology institutions provide basis for disinfection. Conclusion medical beauty shop disinfection work existence question is more, need to strengthen personnel training, improve the disinfection system, adding disinfection facilities, improve the quality of disinfection.
