工业增长是一个国家发展的重要标志,同时也是破坏环境的主要力量。文章在介绍了方向性距离函数的特性,同时考虑了“好”产出的增长、“坏”产出减少的环境技术效率。利用工业行业面板数据,从产业层面测算了我国36个工业行业环境技术效率,评价了2001—2007期间各行业年增长与环境协调性的状况。研究表明,文章所用的模型能恰当地反映行业“又好又快”发展状况,具有一定的实际指导意义。
Industrial growth is an important symbol of a country’s development and a major force that damages the environment. The paper introduces the characteristics of the directional distance function, taking into account the growth of output and the environmental technical efficiency of the reduction of output of “bad”. Using industrial panel data, we measured the environmental technology efficiency of 36 industrial sectors from the industrial level and evaluated the annual growth and environmental coordination of various industries during 2001-2007. The research shows that the model used in the article can properly reflect the development status of “good and fast” in the industry and has some practical guiding significance.
