目的:研究假肥大型肌营养不良(DMD)患者血清脑利钠肽(BNP)与左心室功能的相关性。方法:采用电化学发光免疫方法以及心脏超声检查分别测量50名DMD儿童和25名正常儿童的血清BNP水平和左心室功能相关指标。分析DMD儿童血清BNP与不同心脏功能分级的相关性。结果:DMD儿童血清BNP水平与左心室功能与正常对照组有显著性差异(P<0.01)。不同心脏功能分级的DMD儿童血清BNP水平和左心室功能显著不同(P<0.05或P<0.01)。DMD儿童LVMI、LVEDD、LVPWT与血清BNP水平正相关,LVEF、IVST、FS、E/A与血清BNP水平负相关(r绝对值:0.53-0.75,P<0.05)。结论:DMD儿童血清BNP水平与左心室功能显著相关,可作为诊断DMD儿童心脏功能的指标。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between serum brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) and left ventricular function in patients with Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD). Methods: The levels of serum BNP and left ventricular function were measured in 50 DMD children and 25 normal children by electrochemiluminescence immunoassay and echocardiography. To analyze the correlation between serum BNP and different cardiac function in DMD children. Results: Serum BNP level and left ventricular function in DMD children were significantly different from those in normal control group (P <0.01). Serum levels of BNP and left ventricular function were significantly different among DMD children with different cardiac function scores (P <0.05 or P <0.01). LVMI, LVEDD and LVPWT in DMD children were positively correlated with serum BNP levels. LVEF, IVST, FS and E / A were negatively correlated with serum BNP levels (r absolute value: 0.53-0.75, P <0.05). Conclusion: Serum BNP level in DMD children is significantly correlated with left ventricular function, which may be used as an index to diagnose cardiac function in DMD children.
