钢索塔因具有工厂化加工,且体积小、自重轻、施工进度快等特点,有着较为广阔的应用前景,钢塔柱与混凝土基础通常采用螺栓锚固或PBL剪力键方式连接,对于采用螺栓锚固连接方式的钢—混结合段,锚杆的安装质量将直接影响到钢塔的安装精度,因此,锚杆的精确定位是确保钢塔安装精度的基础。之江大桥钢混结合段施工中,锚杆长度达12m且由于承台底部钢筋层数多、钢筋密集,锚杆及其定位架安装难度大且锚杆定位安装精度要求高,安装锚杆过程中,锚杆外套保护难度大。为此设计了三层定位的方式,用于固定锚杆,收到了很好的效果。

In the construction of steel and concrete mixing section of Zhijiang Bridge, the length of anchor rod is up to 12m. Due to the large number of reinforced bars at the bottom of the caps and the intensive steel bars, the installation of anchor rods and their positioning brackets is difficult and the positioning accuracy of the anchor rods is high. In the anchor coat protection is difficult. To this end, a three-layer positioning method has been designed to fix the anchor rod and receive good results.
