研究了300μg.g-1的PEG(聚乙二醇)、pH为8的NaOH溶液、300μg.g-1IAA(吲哚乙酸)和300μg.g-1GA3(赤霉素)4种药剂对2种基因型羊草种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:(1)PEG、赤霉素GA3和NaOH溶液3种药剂均可提高羊草的发芽率,吲哚乙酸处理后发芽率低于对照,其中GA3处理后芽率增加最大,均达到显著水平;(2)赤霉素GA3处理后羊草种子萌发速率最高,分别为0.345个.d-1和0.467个.d-1,羊草发芽主要集中在发芽的5~15 d;(3)4种药剂处理均可促进羊草幼苗的生长,抑制根部发育,其中赤霉素GA3的促进作用最明显,NaOH溶液的抑制作用最大。
The effects of 300μg.g-1 PEG (polyethylene glycol), NaOH solution pH 8, 300μg.g-1IAA (indole acetic acid) and 300μg.g-1GA3 Effect of Seed Germination Rate and Seedling Growth of Genotype.
