目的:通过检测结肠癌组织中星形细胞上调基因-1(astrocyte elevated gene-1,AEG-1)和核增殖相关抗原ki-67的表达情况,分析其与临床病理特征的关系。方法:采用免疫组化法检测63例结肠癌和30例癌旁正常组织中AEG-1和ki-67的蛋白表达,并分析结果与结肠癌临床病理特征之间的关系。结果:结肠癌组织中AEG-1和ki-67表达阳性率分别为68.3%(43/63)和66.7%(42/63),正常结肠组织中表达阳性率分别为26.7%(8/30)和26.7%(8/30)。AEG-1和ki-67在癌组织中表达均高于癌旁正常结肠组织(均P<0.05)。AEG-1的表达与结肠癌组织分化程度、TNM分期呈正相关,与患者性别、年龄及肿瘤大小无相关性。结论:AEG-1在结肠癌中表达增强,其异常表达与结肠癌的发生、发展相关。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the relationship between the expression of astrocyte elevated gene-1 (AEG-1) and ki-67 in nuclear proliferation-related antigen in colon cancer tissues and its clinicopathological characteristics. Methods: The protein expression of AEG-1 and ki-67 in 63 cases of colorectal cancer and 30 cases of adjacent normal tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry. The relationship between the expression of AEG-1 and ki-67 was analyzed and the clinicopathological features of colon cancer were analyzed. Results: The positive rates of AEG-1 and ki-67 expression in colon cancer tissues were 68.3% (43/63) and 66.7% (42/63), respectively, and those in normal colon tissues were 26.7% (8/30) And 26.7% (8/30) respectively. The expression of AEG-1 and ki-67 in cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal colon tissues (all P <0.05). The expression of AEG-1 was positively correlated with the degree of differentiation of colon cancer and TNM stage, but not with the gender, age and tumor size. Conclusion: The expression of AEG-1 in colon cancer is enhanced, and the abnormal expression of AEG-1 is associated with the occurrence and development of colon cancer.
